Sports Radix is a custom sportswear manufacturer specializing in OEM, private label, and custom apparel production. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, distributors, and business partners using our website or purchasing our products.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. Custom Orders
All products manufactured by Sports Radix are custom-made according to the specifications provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all submitted information, including artwork, logos, sizes, colors, quantities, and product details, is accurate before production begins.
Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
3. Pricing
All prices provided through quotations are subject to change until an order has been officially confirmed. Pricing may vary depending on order quantity, customization requirements, material selection, packaging, shipping costs, and other project specifications.
4. Payment Terms
Production will begin only after the agreed payment has been received. The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any bank charges, transfer fees, taxes, duties, or customs-related costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Samples
Sample orders may require separate pricing and production time. Sample costs may differ from bulk order pricing.
Sample approval confirms that the customer accepts the product specifications before bulk manufacturing begins.
6. Production Time
Production timelines vary depending on order size, product complexity, material availability, and seasonal demand. Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
Sports Radix is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, shipping carriers, natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
7. Shipping
Shipping costs are quoted separately unless otherwise stated.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership and shipping responsibility transfer according to the agreed shipping terms. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by their country.
8. Quality Assurance
Every product undergoes strict quality inspection before shipment. Due to the custom manufacturing process, slight variations in color, stitching, fabric texture, or print placement may occur and shall not be considered manufacturing defects.
9. Returns & Refunds
Because all products are custom manufactured specifically for each customer, Sports Radix does not accept returns or offer refunds for correctly produced custom orders.
If an order arrives with a confirmed manufacturing defect or production error caused by Sports Radix, customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the shipment, supported by clear photographs and relevant details. We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.
10. Intellectual Property
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, artwork, or designs submitted for production.
Sports Radix is not liable for any copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-provided materials.
11. Confidentiality
All customer designs, business information, and project details are handled with confidentiality. We do not share confidential customer information with third parties except where required to complete manufacturing, shipping, or legal obligations.
12. Limitation of Liability
Sports Radix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products, website, or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
13. Website Usage
Users agree not to misuse the website, upload harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with website functionality.
All website content, including text, graphics, images, and branding, remains the intellectual property of Sports Radix unless otherwise stated.
14. Privacy
Customer information collected through our website is used solely for processing inquiries, quotations, production, customer support, and business communication. We respect your privacy and handle your information responsibly.
